Developed in 1995, Magnolia Trace was one of the first upscale, gated neighborhoods on the Manhattan Blvd. corridor. The subdivision has been the site of multiple Parade of Home featured properties and remains an in demand location on the West Bank. The community has an active home owner’s association and is a covenant controlled and building restricted community, with low home owner fees of $800 per year.
With a great location right off of Manhattan Blvd., this little neighborhood is less than 10 miles from downtown New Orleans, making your commute a breeze. If you are stationed at NAS JRB New Orleans, a quick 15 minute drive will take you from home to the front gates of the base.

- Just outside the gates is a beautiful branch of the Jefferson Parish Library
- Right around the corner are several restaurants, coffee shops and small boutiques
- Travel down Manhattan Blvd. and take in a movie, go out to eat, or do your shopping at the numerous nearby stores such as Target, WalMart, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, and more
- Boomtown Casino is only a few minutes away, but definitely not in your backyard
