A quick look at the Belle Chasse real estate market shows us that there are several price ranges in Belle Chasse that are doing so well they could be considered a seller’s market (less than 5 months supply of homes for sale).

The $200,000-$325,000 price range is still moving rather slowly with only 5 sales in this range in the last 90 days, compared to the 24 homes currently available.
The over $400,000 price range has had NO activity for the last 90 days, but these homes make up a small percentage of available properties in Belle Chasse
