Luxury Home Sales Drop on the West Bank

After a significant increase in 2013 sales, luxury real estate sales on the West Bank dropped to just 18 units in 2014, down 33% from the year before.

The majority of the sales (77%) were in Belle Chasse or English Turn, with just 4 upscale homes selling in other parts of the West Bank after an average of 166 days on market.
