Terri Babineaux is the team’s buyer specialist, with over 14 years of real estate experience.

Terri’s favorite thing to do is to help find that perfect home for someone.  She enjoys the thrill of the search for just the right place that meets all of the needs of her clients – size, amenities and budget.  An experienced and aggressive negotiator, you know you are getting the best possible deal on a home with Terri on your side.

Lisa Heindel is the team’s seller and marketing specialist, with 8 years of real estate marketing experience.

My passion is being a listing agent.  Putting together a marketing plan for a new listing is always very exciting and I want that excitement to shine through in all that I do.  I believe that part of my success comes the open lines of communication that my clients have learned to expect from me.  Weekly emails, updates after showings, “just touching base” calls, 24/7 web access and keeping my sellers up to date on the current market are all part of my standard services.

Lisa is also the real estate writer/contributor for the West Bank Beacon.
