• 1 pending sale (accepted, but still showing) priced at $429,000
• 2 under contract listings, priced at $649,000 and $749,000
• Based on August sales, there is an 11 month supply of homes for sale in English Turn, well above the 6 month supply of a balanced real estate market

Based on historic monthly sales in English Turn, I anticipate that we’ll see another 10-12 closings before the end of the year since the last 3 months have tracked closely to the 5 year averages of sales in the community.
