- The supply of homes for sale in the City of Gretna dropped again from 6.1 months in July to 5.4 months as of 8/18/2008
- Homes in the low to mid $200s are doing well, while the low to mid $100s are lagging behind, mostly due to the condition of those properties, although there are certainly some bargains to be had in the entry level market
