• The supply of homes for sale in English Turn dropped from 17.8 months in mid July to 10.8 months today
• Of the 3 sales between $400-500,000 in the last 90 days, 2 of those were originally priced over $500k
• In the last 30 days, sales in the $500-750,000 price range showed the most activity
