This report is for home sales in Algiers 70131 excluding English Turn.

• The overall inventory dropped slightly from 9.5 months in July
• Although there is a generous supply of homes priced under $120,000, the majority of them remain on the market due to their condition.  Homes that need a substantial amount of repairs should be aggressively priced to reflect the work that is needed to make them suitable for home owners or tenants.
• The over $300,000 market remains stagnant in the area, with only 1 sale in the last 90 days
