• While the number of available listings has dropped, the number of homes sold each month has increased from 5 (June 2008) to 6.7 as of today
• There continues to be a strong demand for homes priced under $200,000 in Belle Chasse
• Continuing military relocation to NAS JRB New Orleans should sustain demand for homes in the area
