Algiers Point LA: July 2008 Real Estate Absorption Report

The overall inventory of homes for sale in Algiers Point has dropped from 10.7 months in June 2008 to 8.3 months today.

  • The number of listings sold per month has not really increased, but some sellers have chosen to take their homes off of the market, reducing the number of active listings from 29 to 25
  • Homes in the $225,000-$250,000 price range continue to sell well, while those priced over $250,000 are getting a little dusty on the market
