- Entry level (under $120,000) homes are selling extremely well – so well that it is a seller’s market in these price ranges. Note to buyers: Be sure that you are pre-approved before you begin your home search or someone else may scoop your favorite home right out from under you!
- Spring sales have dropped the overall inventory in Marrero from 10.4 months in March to the current 8.3 months – this is a great improvement and shows a trend towards a more balanced real estate market in the area.
- Even some of the upper end of the price ranges are doing well this year.
